VXplore IAS Academy was started in the year 2020 at Kengeri Satellite Town, Bengaluru with the noble cause of training the civil service aspirants in a focused manner and preparing them for facing the land’s highest examination.

He is currently, associated with one of the premier Educational Institutions, Bangalore as Director (Business Studies), Earlier worked as the Managing Director at Sericulture Co-operative Institution, Kolar District, Karnataka and as Director at a Training & Development Institution (Rural), Bidadi.
He is an affiliate to various professional institutions namely; Indian Institute of Bankers, All India Management Association, Institute of Scholars, Institute of National Human Resource Development, Quality Circle Forum of India and Indian Society of Training & Development.

Ms. BHAGYA LAKSHMI R.C

B.E & M.Tech Civil Engineering Director

A Civil Engineer, BE (Civil), Diploma in Draftsman ship, Master of Technology (M.Tech), registered with BBMP, Bengaluru, as a Professional Engineer, have over 12 years of technical/field experience in inland and international projects in construction, assessment, planning, costing & estimation etc.
She worked with few MNCs engaged in structural engineering drawings, building plans and projects. A versatile professional keen in teaching, counselling, objects Modelling, field work, surveying and adapt to the latest science & technology and know-how.
She is an entrepreneur in construction technology.
